Hey @Bell_Support I have had 4 visits from technicians, been on the chat/phone constantly over last 6 months and I am paying basically a mortgage for Fibe. Internet down more than working!!!! Not happy!!!!

@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

@Francis_Drouin @Bell It's a 25Mbps plan on the wireless wifi internet (rural 4G LTE internet). Bell support admitted that they grossly oversubscribed the tower but have no plan or solution to remedy the situation or compensate me for the reduced bandwidth.I left my phone # in the Hakesbury voicemail

Hey @Bell_Support. Just got a call from one of your agents. After they informed me that the call was being recorded, I asked if they can stop recording and they hung up on me. I don't know why I was called but this was a bad interaction. Can you please review?
