Know when I call in to loyalty I am being told I can not get my plan back and I will have to stay with this plan. So I went from 46$ to 61$. I want my old plan back. HELP ME!

Suze (@stillbaking) reported@Bell_Support But again those methods all require either working cell or internet, none of which she had because your service was down. The point is she went IN PERSON for help and was told they couldn’t help her unless she had tried virtual means first. There should be a work around!

Suze (@stillbaking) reported@Bell_Support I mean, my mom went and let her use her cell and got the issue fixed but a single woman who is older in age, and who made the effort to go IN PERSON to one of your retail locations and was told she has to go home and call (with no working phone because that is the issue) is bad.
