    @Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

    @Bell @northwestel your service in Rankin Inlet is so poor stores and businesses cannot serve customers. This service for Rankin Inlet would not be allowed anywhere else in Canada but it's okay for it to happen in Nunavut? @CRTCeng

    @Bell_Support 1, I’m not with your company, my company just runs on your network. 2, you guys don’t even bother to respond to your own customers. 3, It’s .. been.. A MONTH with ZERO clarity on the matter even with hours of talking with support.

    … for the line currently running to the house. This is unacceptable @Bell_Support. Making appointments without advising the customer, having them rush out to get a “new” modem, proposing sending a “new” receiver? The agent wouldn’t even let me speak to a Level 2 tech. 7/x
