@Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

Our Fibe tv is working but the landline and internet - nothing. Anyone know if Bell is down? We’ve reset the modem already and all we’re getting is an error and direction to go to some site and enter a password for the modem that we don’t have and we’re never given. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support 14 years with Rogers never have I ever had this horrible experience as a customer! Talking to the walls or someone from overseas that are programmed robots that don't understand how we do business in Canada! If a customer asks to speak to management then DO IT! 2/2

@Bell Your advertising for Fibe, “Way faster, Way better “ is total BS ! I have had the service for almost 3 years and have had nothing but problems and have NEVER received the speed I’m paying for . “Way more expensive, Way less reliable” should be your slogan !

Never take @Videotron, it's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Now that I have had my experience with Videotron after having had @Bell, I can advise you to go to Bell.

I called Eastlink afterall and they came right away. Unfortunately, he was scared to cut his lines into our house until Bell removes theirs along the street as he thought it might be enough for the pole to come down and take out the @bell phone lines for the street.

@Bell_Support 21 minutes later and.... NO reply to me Dm that was sent 😕 🙄 Is this how Bell customers are treated with 30 hours of calls for getting over billed 1 month later with no refund of the over charges and no one to resolve the issue ? Hope to hear back asap before I proceed.
