I hate @bell but will help increase the $ they donate to #MentalHealthMatters #BellLetsTalk

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Stratford, Prince Edward Island

@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

Hey @Bell thanks for cancelling my internet for NO reason and then not fixing it asap. I've had to close my business down for the day, resulting in lost inventory and sales. As if it isn't hard enough for #SmallBusinesses!!!

  • irrationalcarny Ian Holmes (@irrationalcarny) reported

@SamsungCanada your firmware update this morning has left my phone unable to connect to the @Bell network, and tech support can't solve it. When will this get fixed??

  • vikas_jain95 Vikas Jain (@vikas_jain95) reported

@Bell no one is actually try to help rather just paying me off to different departments! Asking me to make calls again and again and the representatives keep on hanging up or being rude! Worst customer service!

  • DundasLisa Lisa (@DundasLisa) reported

@Bell had my service cut off while they were looking into the overbilling compliant. Told that was not going to happen. Then told they have no control of the system because it is done by a computer. Wow glad I am not out of work from COVID and had trouble with paying.

  • CielOnTap Ciel Spzmode (@CielOnTap) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Well, Bell has a contractor upgrading the network for 5G in the Hamilton ON area. That costs money plus the tree trimming for clear signal lines and digging of sidewalks. But yes, Bell has not been giving rural residents much Internet help. Remember that tariff on phone bills?

  • SteezyMeezy15 Mikemeezy ‎- WAKANDA FOREVER (@SteezyMeezy15) reported

  • marusiagryba Marusia Gryba (@marusiagryba) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell This is what really gets me. These corporations taking advantage of programs that are there to help working people. It is disgusting

  • 2whmitmayconcrn Deborah (@2whmitmayconcrn) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell We will be paying for awhile! Why do people need a wage subsidy when they are still in business &have lots of money? Wtf

  • SkipPhotog Gareth Skipp (@SkipPhotog) reported

Did you know @Bell accessed $122 million from the Canadian Emergency Wage Subsidy during pandemic while raising quarterly dividends. And then increases charges to customers? Hello? Greedy? Or just corporate blindness to how bad they are out of touch?
