    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    @Bell_Support I have a T1 line in Lunenburg,NS and the upload speed has dropped significantly with 0 changes to settings and not improving with a computer or modem reboot. Is there a local outage or work being done that would cause that?

    @Bell just spent the last 2.75 hour remember why your company is the worst. Giving customers quote then transfer them 7 times to renege and that quote. AWEFUL customer service. We need to support smaller biz not Ma Bell

    Unbeknownst to me ..(I have a number of accounts) @Bell charged my credit card for 5 years of service (~$11k) for service which they say I didn't cancel to a building demolished 5 years ago I have been fighting for s rebate since April ..there have been promises of calls rebates
