@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

Another day, another call to @Bell. Yes, they did replace our cable. Yes, they are sending a tech to make sure it is hooked up. Are internet problems solved? Long story. But today they over charged us on our bill. Dealing w them is now our unintended hobby.
