    A little bit of hell at home - 4 days after Fiona #pei has poor smart phone service from @bell @telus, virtually no wifi and 75% without lights and heat. Every day has been a trial of some sort. Oh well, it can only get better. And we go to bed by 9 in the dark.

    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    Hey @Bell_Support how come cellular service is getting worse and worse in rural Ontario? Phone calls are hit and mostly miss, and data is generally 3G (so nothing) in areas where we used to be able to get data?

    This is what happens when you do business in an monopolized environment. @rogers and @bell have horrible customer service because they do not give a **** about customers. They are only concerned with quarterly profits!

    @Bell is there a problem with your cell towers in Ottawa? Center town to east end of city. Worst cellphone service I have had since 2007!

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    @GrantG90545721 @Bell I have been on the phone since before 2; 14 agents including online agents. Still on with 14th agent - called a while ago for same refund, said would do, never did. Frustrating isn't it?

    Over a month of requesting a Bell Canada callback, a month of daily sales calls, ignored requests to stop, and broken promises to remove me. it isn't customer service, it's harassment by design. @Bell @Bell_Support fix your callback system or stop offering it. filed with the DNCL

    @Bell hey Bell , as a new customer for just over a month I have been unable to access MY Bell account…several long conversations with CSR’s and no body can help…got a bill today that I can’t/wont pay!!!

    @theresemacdona6 @Bell I had great luck with TSN. Never had to contact @Bell through a DM. And calling and demanding that it be escalated to a supervisor has worked for me in the past. Try that
