Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

Ask them for a document that states they are all removed and ask why it is not on website. Investigators have already received the answer. #cdnpoli
