  @ISED_CA @Bell I doubt that very much. Stop giving free taxpayer money to highly profitable and greedy incumbents who have accomplished nothing for decades. Give it instead to small start-ups and municipalities who have a vested interest in having a broadband network that actually works.

They have been unable to resolve this issue that affects several rural customers, many seniors who regularly have no access to 911 because of this.
