    @Bell_Support Any internet issues in Truro? I have almost zero upload. Download is fine. Nothing different with my usage or setup. I did a reboot of modem. Still almost no upload speed.

    @Bell_Support years ago when business's cared about their customers I would've never have spent half an hour on the phone most of it on hold, to another country, trying to figure out why my fibe account says I've reached my credit limit when it's just been paid at the end of Jan.

    @Bell is the abdolute worst company, with horrendous customer service. These people overseas put you on hold mid conversation and transfers me to an employee directory so that the call ends up disconnecting. Bell has cut my internet speed to a fraction of what it once was.

    @Bell we were told our internet woukd be faster and tv boxes woukd ve better. you still havnt given us all our boxes uts been over a year. Our internet is not better. And your sales rep and customer servive has been awful. time to give @Rogers a call i guess

    @Bell_Support Thank you for your prompt reply. I did call but ur rep couldn’t find my account (I do use ur internet service). What I would appreciate more tho, is your staff not hanging up on people. I’ll send a DM.

    @Rogers @rogers emails that the outage is cleared. I called, they said no. Asked to wait another 24 HRs. No response to DM. Already 1 day w/o service. No cable, net, home phone. Im WFH Im told I cant use my rogers cell data and get reimbursement. @Bell its about time I make the switch

    @johnnypmartin @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell It’s not proportional to the size of the country because low populated areas have slow internet or literally nothing (and generaly no competition and higher rates). We have big cities with a high pop. density.

    F*ck you @Rogers regret every damn day I have u in my house.. Tv and internet always going out.. As soon as @Bell Fibe is in my area.. I'm kicking ur unreliable *** out of my house..
