@Bell_Support Also, your support team had been extremely rude and stated our case is over exaggerated. We are looking for functional connection and aren't looking for leisure like netflix. I WFH and is effecting my job. How does it go from function all to non-funtional. CX service not good.

@Bell_Support LTE mobile internet so weak in my place have to put our phone in the window. My LTE internet don't work either. Happen 3 week ago. Your tower sending weak signal become 3g and then no more signal cannot even call emergency if something happen very not good.

@bell is straight TRASH! My mom is in the hospital awaiting emergency surgery and without warning, just suspended her account for going over her data limit! Absolutely disgusted!!!
