dermotfoley (@djosephfoley) reported from Placentia, Newfoundland and Labrador@bobmackin @Bell @UniforTheUnion Plus the lack of doctors is occurring everywhere in Canada. I don’t support Extinction Rebellion tactics, but throwing the foreign funded **** off is lazy journalism.

dermotfoley (@djosephfoley) reported from Placentia, Newfoundland and Labrador@bobmackin @Bell @UniforTheUnion I appreciate your article and agree that the response was terrible. I strongly believe globally unprecedented heat, flood and drought events are the first empirical evidence that climate change is effecting daily life. ER is using a crude tactic, disruption to raise awareness.

Charleen Austin CHE (she/her) (@CharleenRAustin) reported@Bell I have been through 3 customer service agents for a bill you sent me for a home phone account you failed to properly cancel a year ago, I have wasted time with three callers who will not help me reconcile this and demand information about the account that no longer exists.

Catfish Actual (@civitano_444) reportedIf, like me, you've received greasy, manipulative, telemarketing calls In the middle of your work day from @Bell , just do what I do: report them as spam and block them, then cancel any products that you subscribe to with them.
-
goodfella (@PantusoSilvio) reported@stunlokked @Bell Get a firestick and download apps to stream shows andmovies I have had the same issues for years and Bell won’t budge even though I have had a cell plan for over 25 years! I am a senior and having a firestick is the best and cheapest way to go if Bell doesn’t want to help out !

Rational Posts™ (@rationalposts) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I just call over and over again pressing for French, getting a Haitian that can't speak either English or French, and on the off chance I do press French to get English, start shmoozing until they put me in Customer Retention.
-
Jordan (@JordaninSaprae) reported@Rogers Your customer service sucks. Been on hold for 90 mins. Probably will be my last call. Looks like I should switch to @Bell or @TELUS
-
Kaushil (@kaushilshah83) reported@Bell_Support It's very clear. It's being looked into and the only solution your team communicates is we will try to fix it with no alternative solutions. Unacceptable

MOMMA ME (@MommaMeaghs) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Call customer retention. I always do.

Silvana Marroncelli (@tayhaysil) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell My Rogers as well will be expiring at the end of the month. Not looking forward to haggling with the Rogers personnel. I find it stressful. Why not raise the cost of my service to the cost of living every year rather than go through this rigmarole every freaking year!

bta (@bta1976) reported@Bell More Canadians Are Cancelling Their SVOD Services With the rising cost of living, more Canadians are tightening their budgets and one of the easy ways to reduce their outgoings is by cancelling streaming service subscriptions. According to a survey by Angus Reid,
