Ive just submitted my complaint against @bell with the CCTS for the absolute trash customer service and harassment I have had to endure from their representatives for the passed 4 months. And I wont stop there.

@Bell_Support internet down since midnight, no updates since 1am, called support and they say internet could be down for up to 48 hours? If your outage in downtown Toronto is that bad, maybe you should actually provide updates.

every time i call @Bell_Support it's never easy! They always ask for different things even though I'm calling about the same issue. i've been calling abotu the same installation all week and suddenly they cant tell me b/c my name isnt on the list of authorized people???

since cancelling my service in August, because @bell could not provide even the basic level of service in our new building for a "lack of infrastructure", they have continued to charge my account every month and harrass me for payment.
