Nick (@NickChallis92) reported@Bell_Support I'd like to object to paying $75 a month, only to be throttled after using 20gb of data. It's the worst value plan I've even been on, and would be laughed at anywhere else in the world. I pay this all this money and I can't even stream a podcast on the train.

Nisha Thakkar (@Ni_Sha29) reported@Bell I have had only issues. For everything I have to invest my time in talking to your customer service for basic info. I initiated a pre-authorized debit and I got confirmation for the same on email and yet the money was debited from other account.

Neez Duts (@NeezDuts69) reported@Bell_Support $139 a month for an internet service I can’t use, because of some freezing rain… in Canada… oh and get this, when I can use it, I get 5MB/s. Premium price for a 3rd world internet service.

Nunya Biznas (@Nunya_Biznas) reported@Bell_Support Hey bell fix your cloud pvr. It is constantly failing to play lots of freezing you can watch anything you record. You are far far behind rogers in the tv department. Anyone looking to switch for fibe tv I would suggest staying with rogers.
