@Bell Bell's technical support is giving me a run-around every time I need help with my TV box. I have so many problems for the last almost 3 months. They tell me this and that, etc.... My last call with them wasn't even in the record and nobody with Bell knows what my problem is.

@Bell I placed an order for internet service in Hamilton in November 2025. 3 months later and I am still waiting for connection. Today, I got text from you that your issue will be fixed in July 2026 ! Are you seriously that incompetent that you need 8 months to fix an issue?

@RogersHelps Just switched to @RogersHelps home internet from @Bell a few months back and this is the second time it has gone out for more than 4 hours. This time it was 12 hours! What gives? Absolute garbage internet service!

@TerryHethering9 Yep I cancelled about 20 years ago. Cable/internet package, it was unlimited. Suddenly Bell sent me an overage bill, they changed my plan and didn't tell me. Then expected me to pay overages. I escalated for a week, NOBODY would fix my account. @Bell
