i cancelled my services with @Bell in November 2020 but somehow they still managed to bill me $300 for TV services that i NO LONGER HAVE. @Bell is the shittiest service provider that you can subscribe with.

@Bell_Support We had a slight power outage our TV receiver takes a **** (the 3rd time since july) chat with your service they get it working AND then tells us to reset it again which takes us back to square one forcing us to take to service on the phone!

@Bell your tv app won’t cast to the television, an error comes up every time. Tested on two tvs and ever other app casts fine. You have an issue with your app. Anyone else having this issue? Can’t really use Alt TV properly without being able to cast. @Bell_Support
