This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

Hey everybody, rather than publicly acknowledge downtime and give an ETA for service uptime, you EACH have to DM us your account info privately so we can "look in to it" ... Rogers? Where are you Rogers?

@TSN_Sports I made a payment to you guys @Bell media for your TSN Live service and you guys just added your app on Roku and the live channels are NOT working, fix this issue before the World Cup tomorrow, I'm VERY dissatisfied and pissed as a customer, FIX THIS **** !
