This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

Well I have to say I'm relieved, back to @Bell and kicked @shaw mobile to the curb. Nothing but connectivity issues with Shaw. Roaming wouldn't kick in while the slightest Shaw signal existed that wouldn't send an email or make a call. SMS fail while roaming. #terriblequality

@Bell_Support Switched to Fibe last week. Today land lines are dead. My backyard is a spiderweb of cable. Customer Support dropped my call. Need a tech that's not on their first day of the job.

@CBCNews So Melling is on a leave? Big deal! Doesn't fix anything. Two big issues with this a) he got to "decide" to take a leave and; b) Moses should step down - the decision to fire Lisa would have had full and cooperative support from Moses! @CTVNews @Bell still calling BS here!😠
