This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@PatForanCTVNews Hi Pat. My friend ordered a Cell phone as a Christmas Gift from @bell has had ongoing calls no resolution. Phone has not arrived. Any interest in looking into it. Realize @Bell parent company so may be conflict. Ty.
