This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell deplorable customer service! I have had no business lines working for 2 1/2 days. Called many times only to be give a ticket number. Can’t even call head office without getting a call center in Manila! Unbelievable.

@Bell's service is degrading constantly. Our Internet is fine for about a couple hours a day but repeatedly drops to dial-up speeds for extended periods. Work from home: near impossible. Tech's are uneducated. Bell's NEVER admitted the problem is on their end. Online help useless
