Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

I’m always so conflicted on Bell Let’s Talk day because I agree with the cause, but think it’s such a joke that Bell is the sponsor

Missed a meeting with draxx tonight and just pissed with @bell for wasting 3 hours of my time. Was never rude to the reps (I work customer service... not their fault) but 3 hours and no resolution... better they didn’t answer the phone to begin with. Useless
