    @Bell_Support I did. Spent half an hour talking to be told “oh that’s weird, no solve”. My friend is also having a similar issue so I know it’s not just me. Hope it gets fixed soon.

    @Bell Protect your business AND home from increasingly sophisticated ways that @Bell will increase your rates and break contracts and then have customer service play stupid and have no record of previous promises. The bell way.

    @Bell_Support The problem was already rectified on the phone. But I can send you my mobile number anyways, so you can further investigate if you need. I am just saying though, I do not need the stress, especially this time of year, and with dental bills upcoming.
