Lynsey Wynberg (@lynsey_wynberg) reportedRed light on modem illuminated indicating backup battery strength low. @bell site directed me to call. Two calls totalling 30 minutes and still don’t have resolution. Need to call a third time. Shouldn’t this be an easy fix via a website? What am I missing?
-
Erin Palmer 🇨🇦 (@Nireremlap) reported@Bell please explain why you don’t allow fast-forwarding or rewinding on some shows. So if I miss something because of poor sound or whatever my only option is to watch the whole thing again from the start? Ridiculous.
-
mightysun (@mightysun1) reported@Bell I'm very upset wth the service you provided to this request BCMSVDHS. How dare you cancel, as it was supposed to be connected tomorrow. #customerexperience #Toronto
-
Denny (@Elvenborn) reported@Bell_Support you have the most horrible customer service. Switched to Bell 3 months ago and ready to cancel all of my services. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all
-
Hair Suit Shoedini (@PierrePooper) reported@Bell_Support your installation vehicle cruising wrong way down my one way street looking at his phone. White minivan plate number 570 7ZE. This is ridiculous.
-
AD (@AD604250) reported@mattsekeres We'll say it for you....**** YOU TORONTO, @BELL @Rogers
-
Parallax Abstraction (@PXAbstraction) reported@human3500 @OpenMediaOrg @Bell If there was any other option but Bell Fiber that provided the speeds I require where I am, I would use it. But I'm sure the CRTC will ensure that never happens.
-
Sascha Segan (@saschasegan) reported@iansltx @Bell I know, I've requested a fix
-
Jay (@Jay77453377) reported@RogersHelps internet down for hours and tech can’t even provide an ETA. This is what we pay hundreds for? @Bell_Support any offers to switch over for more reliable service?
-
TheRevenite (@TheRevenite) reported@PXAbstraction @Bell My modem does this already. Hell, I don't know of a modem that doesn't log the types of data used and monitor the up and down stream speeds. Hell, QoS pretty much does this if it's on, so the only reason to ad that device is because Bell doesn't want to get on hot water sharing
