    @Bell Lastly, Why do the packages keep going up,but the customer isn't getting anything in return. Let's say the customer was getting 100 up/down service, their bill goes up but nothing has changed, now if their speed went up to 150/150 that would make sense, but it doesn't ???

    @Lenageeh @Bell_Support FYI, I had cogeco once before. Never had any issues. Customer service was solid. Definitely have a look into them.

    @Bell i just had the most horrendous, time-consuming and frustrating experience today. Several operators, placed on hold repetitively, and even hung up on by one. Impossible to speak to a supervisor. 3hrs of my day gone. And issue never resolved.

    @bell and @Bell_Support I am not the kind of person to do this but I get why people have to go this route. It has been almost 3 weeks and NOT ONE PERSON is getting back to us about fixing our email problems. People are not receiving my company emails.

    I have wasted almost 4 hours of my work time waiting on the phone on ne to be hung up on, pushed to someone else who will not help us fix this problem. Our IT guy has told us our server has been blacklisted. @bell @Bell_Support why can you not help us?
