    @retsbewm @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps Telus has same coverage as Bell/Rogers off the Trans Canada (done speed tests on my moms Telus phone) and in Brandon Telus has better service

    @Bell_Support just reset my modem and looks like everything is back online. If anyone else is still experiencing issues try that again. Unplug LAN cables and then power cable, wait 10 seconds and plug back in LAN cables and power cable in that order. Then reset Fibe rec’rs.

    @Bell_Support Yes back in Toronto, won’t know for a while if everything is ok. Still not happy with communication on this service failure.

    @Bell_Support Literally the first thing the Bell Support page directs you to do is reboot your receiver when the blue Bell Fibe logo display is stuck. And now, after five hours down, you recommend NOT rebooting?
