    @retsbewm @TELUS @Bell @RogersHelps Telus has same coverage as Bell/Rogers off the Trans Canada (done speed tests on my moms Telus phone) and in Brandon Telus has better service

    @Bell_Support There's currently a Fibe internet outage in my area. The rep at @Bell told me that the estimated time of restoration is around 6:30 to 7:00pm eastern. They gave me some extra data to use for mobile Hotspot purposes in the meantime. Thanks.

    @Noirtintin @kicknsass @Bell_Support No they’re never gunna “fail” but if I can warn anyone I’ll try. They have no morals and lied and tried to say I was on a 2 year contract. If I didn’t have the recording of them telling me I didn’t, I would have been screwed

    so now I’m informed that the @Bell service agent i spoke to yesterday didn’t properly log the dispatch request for today after scheduling it with me. so now they’ll come tomorrow between noon and 5 to fix the line they damaged 72 hours earlier. very cool. hopefully they show up

    @bell just had the very best service from a rep named Dana, who didn’t want to give me an email to commend him to his manager but this was exceptional service, and he should be commended
