@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

  • WeatherLandG 🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic 🌡 (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario

In 9 years my rural internet has improved…from 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

  • ron_bootsma ron bootsma (@ron_bootsma) reported

@TSpencerNairn @Bell_Support I got rid of @Bell six months ago. We are still sharing quality time on the phone while I try to get the last of the equipment returned and final, final, final billing sorted out. They asked in I would use Bell again. I won't say never but I will need to be some desperate.

  • Thorntondesign Thorntondesign (@Thorntondesign) reported

@Bell installed Bell Fibe last weekend. Quick to install and locked into contract. 24 hours after install, no TV nor internet. Told new router to be delivered 1-3 days. Too many calls to count, bo router. Installed a week tomorrow. Hung up on twice while trying cancel service. 👍

  • theearlykate Kate Fernandes (@theearlykate) reported

So I got an email from @Bell telling me they are sorry to deactivate a home service - a service I never activated in the first place. #ScamAlert ?

@Bell tech in a clearly marked Bell van honking in support.

@Bell_Support Please, explain to your dim witted west coast telemarketing mgr that Canada has time zones. 2 mornings in a row a 5:15 am call. I have requested to be removed from your list 2X now. Next call gets you a @CRTCeng complaint.

  • hockeydad5 kevin mclaughlin (@hockeydad5) reported

@Bell Yeah I have your ****** router and 4 pods. Nothing works consistent. can’t get any help with out an automated reset and an hour on the phone . Soon ill have starlink and #nomorebellheadaches

  • Ariesbunny2 Aries_bunny (@Ariesbunny2) reported

@Bell_Support Yup all good. The Wi-Fi from the modem works fine I didn't realize my husband had set up one through the router and it was our router line that went down. Once I connected to the modem it was fine.

  • JeffFar35480334 Jeff Farrell (@JeffFar35480334) reported

@TSpencerNairn @Bell_Support I do my own tech support. Takes a bit longer maybe, but less agrivating.

  • robferguson1 Rob Ferguson (@robferguson1) reported

@AndrewButters91 @Bell_Support Quite possibly! But they should have even, dependable service as a regulated monopoly, which pretty much guarantees profits. And makes it hard to defend service that is below par. However, no replies from Bell yet. Typical.
