  @Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

  Oh dear @Bell_Aliant @Bell as comms company, u don't communicate well. Customer returns modem in person. Bell neglects to tell customer to call to close acct. Customer has exorbitant outstanding fees (owed nothing at close of acct). Grievance form promised 5 wks ago. Not received

  @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

  @MahyJ @Bell Seriously just switch to Telus while youre a fresh customer. Promise you'll save a lot of money in the long run. 20 years with Bell and for whatever reason they choose to be the most expensive provider in Canada.
