@Bell_Support I know about that but you will just have to suck it up. I have complained a number of times. 5mpbs a mile from Creemore is poor. Your answer “sorry we can do no better” well I think you can...

@Jennjo22 @Bell I called to cancel in July after finally getting in touch them but they did not cancel my service. I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

@Bell I called your home internet service several times over hours waiting to go through their instructions but still I don't have a stable internet connection!!... Your technician level 2 supposed to call me back?... Can you please help me out?

@Diana_fierce1 @Bell Yes they make it difficult, I’ve been trying to return my equipment that they sent me a bill for 1300$(even though an employee said it’s $700) and I have to do it through purolator and I’m having the worst time. Going with Bell was the worst mistake I ever made

@Bell_Support We had a slight power outage our TV receiver takes a **** (the 3rd time since july) chat with your service they get it working AND then tells us to reset it again which takes us back to square one forcing us to take to service on the phone!

Another day, another call to @Bell. Yes, they did replace our cable. Yes, they are sending a tech to make sure it is hooked up. Are internet problems solved? Long story. But today they over charged us on our bill. Dealing w them is now our unintended hobby.
