    @Bell_Support /3 TV Tech was to arrived before 5pm, never showed up. Called in and they rescheduled for next day. Then at 7:30 in the dark a stranger opens our door walks straight into my home, unmasked. We were in complete shock.

    @Bell_Support almost 4 days without internet in east York. Every timeline prediction you’ve given has passed with no results. Even the Rogers outage was fixed in 2 days. I’m starting to think I’m with the wrong company. This is sad

    @Bell called to upgrade my internet. Assured a new modem would arrive on Sat. and was sent a confirm#. Stayed home but it never showed up. When I called today I was told that was just an estimate and to allow 3-5 days. @Bell = push the sale, make things up, terrible logistics.

    @myRichmondHill pls put pressure on @Bell to fix unsafe conditions left on properties on Oak Ave.? Repeatedly asking for assistance from them is a waste of time. Negligent behaviour also placing the our City at risk. Please contact BELL and demand compliance to safety laws. ✅
