    @Bell was on call with customer service and while I was on hold so analyst can pull up my records. She just hung up on my exactly 9PM! I understand we value our business hours but you can't just drop customers calls half way through! Truly pathetic service! #BellSupport #Bell

    @letsgetitbetter @Bell For us women to have safe spaces it requires for employers to take accountability & provide a safe space from harassment at work. Bell has systemic issues that it pretends don't exist & is hard to have change when its hidden from existence even when there is a lot of evidence

    Hey @Bell_Support. How is it that I try to upgrade my service, and instead someone cancels my service? Then after calling at 8am, I'm told there's a priority on it - Cut to 4pm, still no tech has shown up. @RogersHelps you guys do business internet right?

    @Bell Yeah!!!! I don’t know about your best national network claims! Especially with the epileptic network I have received in this crucial WFH period. Can barely open and Adobe document on the service I receive, yet the bills come like clockwork. Yes I have called team, no change

    Per usual, @Bell customer "service" is bottom of the quality barrel. Agent was unhelpful, refused to transfer me when requested. When I agreed to a call back from a senior agent, my line "mysteriously" developed static & the call dropped before I could provide a contact number

    I am experiencing the worst ever TECHNICAL Support from @Bell_Support as I am experiencing frequent disconnection issues and spend hours with support staff to get hang-ups from customer support. #poorcustomerservice

    @Bell I fired Bell almost 2 decades ago for personal service, and was able to fire them for businesses service in January. They pretend they are for the people, all the while doing everything they can to increase costs to consumers and reduce competition.
