    @Bell I will contact Bell directly even though I do not expect the issue to be resolved after hours on the phone. As usual. Golden Horseshoe drivers beware. Drive within 2 hours of the US border, expect roaming charges. #BellSucks

    @Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

    @Bell_Support Is there anyway to get support other than waiting for 40 mins on hold or 38 mins for a agent to reply to a chat support? Just ridiculous. I just signed up with Bell again recently. Customer service has REALLY gone downhill. Do better.

    @Bell is literally have disgusting network system, everytime I look for the signals. All I do is turning on and off airplane mode just to refresh. I canโ€™t believe, this is the condition of bell network in city like Toronto. Iโ€™ll never switch to the bell again.

    @Bell I will be calling in after each month to get credit since you guys canโ€™t figure out what the issue is causing my wifi to get disconnected constantly at times, and since you refuse to send a technician.

    @Bell @Bell_Aliant The problem is on my bell aliant bill, the customer service number is the wrong number. And your customer service people have no idea how to transfer people to the right department

    @soul_supplier @Rogers @Bell 100%. I have the same issue and with the whole house connected, itโ€™s totally unacceptable.
