(4) @Bell Clearly 40++ years as dedicated customers means absolutely nothing to you. You expect customers to be loyal but have no loyalty whatsoever towards them. Keep in mind this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with you over the last few years. Def time to speak to Rogers

@Boomer3604 @Bell_Support SO when I asked for that very thing from bell and didn't get it what would you do? besides it bells Twitter page Why should have have to Write to the Head of Bell, I don't have to Deal with the head of bell to take my money for 1.5 GB service

@Bell promised my internet would be up and running today and guess what? Still without internet. Nothing is working. Not my TV or my Fax line (yes, I work in healthcare). And their staff just passes the buck and never gives a straight answer. #badservice

@RogersHelps What is the ETR for Ridgeway, Fort Erie, Crystal Beach cellular towers? 5 days, including a state of emergency over the weekend. Rogers continues to be the only towers down. @TELUS and @Bell are both working. Do we need to switch service providers? Help your customers in an emrg!
