Waited all today for a technician-didn’t come. Called and told November 12th now. Haven’t had satellite since November 1st. 😡🤬 Time to shop around!

Every few months you have to spend a whole lot of time of the phone with what they call customer retention - renegotiating your services to bring the price down. It is a game. However, at the end you will always pay more even after so called discounts.
