@Bell I’m 10 minutes from downtown Kitchener and your service is Purely Nonexistent Fibre. For nearly the same price as Rogers Ignite 1Gbps service on my street you offer “up to 25Mbps”. So I think I’ll pass

@Bell_Support not sure why but my internet allows me to load all webpages and watch videos etc, the only thing that does not work is I cannot play any online games. It’s multiple games across multiple devices that are not working.

Dear @Bell it goes to show you that you would have and should have left some pay phones across the city/country after the Rogers fiasco last month. Hearing how colleagues struggled to get home or get a ride when the systems were down sounded pretty harrowing.
