This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

@SueAnnLevy @Bell You should have just threatened to cancel Rogers. They would have given you a better deal. It’s an every 2 years game.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell I could have warned you that Bell was and still is the absolute worst.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell If you cancel your Rogers internet you lose your rights email. That’s standard and common knowledge. I don’t see how someone who works there would say otherwise.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell They’re all bad, but I’ve found Telus to be the least problematic … also, having your email address tied to your provider is kinda dumb, and it should be self-evident that you are going to lose it when you cancel your service!

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Had problems with Bell as well. Told us and reassured us that they had certain Italian channels when they didn't. Crap service

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Both are bad but I would never switch to Bell as its @BellMediaPR stations have been hugely anti-Israel since October 7.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Told our friend not to do it. They did such a mess. Would never switch to Bell

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Telus, Rogers, Bell...they all suck, because they can (thank CRTC for that) However, why anyone would use a carrier's email service is anyone's guess.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Switched from Rogers to Bell 2 yrs. ago. It was a nightmare at first, finally got all sorted. (Fingers crossed). They are both so awful that I can't recommend one over the other.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell We’ve just been through a similar nightmare with Bell. We made some minor changes to our Bell services and have spent weeks sorting out the errors. No consequences for Bell. More competition might change that.
