This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell Home phone was down! Bell tech arrived in less than an hour. Phone service restored by tech in 15 minutes! THANKS BELL !!!

When it comes to @RogersHelp versus @Bell, it’s honestly awful that Rogers customers always lose Internet during a storm, but Bell customers don’t ! #toronto
