I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

I did it at best buy and they migrated my cell phone number over and setup my esim, now that im home, my phone cannot make calls and cannot text or has data.

I was on 60gb for the same price , I moved to Koodo , virgin plus called me after 21 days offering 100gb for $30 because they wants old their customer back 😎

Ask them for a document that states they are all removed and ask why it is not on website. Investigators have already received the answer. #cdnpoli
