I guess @Bell is leaving people in Nunavut stranded for internet. Their ONLY authorized dealer in the entire territory isn't providing service because of staffing and @Bell refuses to provide the service over the phone telling us to go back to the dealer!

@Bell_Support my bell fiber (internet, TV, landline phone) are out. I've unplugged the modem and plugged it back in after a few seconds, but it still doesn't work

@Bell_Support now i have NO CHOICE. To break all contracts and services with you. I will have to go to a crummy competitor. The service may be less but at least i will not be hobo broke

@Bell_Support Is there a number to call in Halifax for repair service? Been routed through the Philippines since yesterday. Repair guy booked for today is a no show. Internet is crucial for School. Calling Manila again is pointless. A little local help would be nice.
