@Bell HA, hilarious to see this on my feed considering ALL of your techs have laid the blame on Xbox and Microsoft and not on Bell's ****** internet service. We were upgraded to the best speeds Bell has and our download speeds are worse than they've ever been.

@Bell Lol now you say that on twitter, but when I called support because your service sucks they said, and I quote, “Wi-Fi isn’t guaranteed”… Well maybe my next bill payment isn’t guaranteed either you scumbags. I’m begging any company to come to Canada and take over the market.

@Rogers your Ignite TV and Internet Service is a joke! The connection is often disconnected and TV picture freezes and sound cuts out every 30 seconds or so. Tried resolving the issue via live chat when Anna which is another challenge! Wtf? Going to @Bell

@Bell_Support The problem appears to have been resolved. Forgive the frustration but when I follow the explicit (!) instructions in the e-mail and reply with comments, only to be told that the reply address itself is not valid... Please have better QA on these mailings and the Business Portal.
