With online learning and working remote isn’t it time that internet providers stepped up? We paid to increase and our service has never been worse @bell @BellMediaPR

  • markuscanada Markus (@markuscanada) reported

@Bell why do I have no access to my Alt Tv for hours now? I’ve never seen my Netflix or Amazon Prime just lose access. Not happy paying for a service that is not worry. This is insane. @Bell_Support

  • theaveragetwit Dave Mac Donald (@theaveragetwit) reported

@willowzy @Bell_Support Yeah, give them a call. They have costs increasing as well, and more people are defaulting. They're fine but still have stakeholders to please. Call and explain, they might be able to help.

  • epolla7 EALP (@epolla7) reported

So pleased @Bell is raising their rates. Funny how they never want to "talk" about why they don't honour loyal paying costumers. Can't wait to scroll past their @Bell_LetsTalk PR nonsense later this month. 🙄

@Bell Dear Bell, just an FYI, why the key reasons your customers leave, its not your service but your CSRs who have no idea how to deal with customers and hang up. Just a little remainder we are taking our time out of day to call you when the problem comes from you.
