Hey @Bell_Support! Just got an offer from @Eastlink to switch to their mobile service. Two lines with 10 gig data each and unlimited Canada wide calling and texting for $50 a line. What can you offer?

@Bell_Support trying to get support for your glitchy home service system is ridiculous. I do not feel safe in my own home during a pandemic!!!!! @bell

  • da_futr Nathaniel P (@da_futr) reported

@Bell_Support losing my mind called 4 times and honestly no one can help me I just want to talk to loyalty. I’m so sad. $5 says this person hangs up on me as well. Sigh.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Sparsely populated countries will invariably have higher infrastructure costs. If the public subsidize the towers and power lines the public should get the benefit of cheaper rates. If bell does it all on their own they can charge whatever they want. Issue resolved.

  • led1962 Scott MacKinnon (@led1962) reported

@Keepershiny @MarkJCarney @Bell They’re all pathetic. They are competing for worst company service award...

  • morningrocker Susan Meredith (@morningrocker) reported

@Bell Please justify your logo’d van blasting through a speed sign in the village of #Nottawa DURING A SNOW STORM no less. 67km in a 50km with a sign telling you to slow down. @OPP_HSD

  • yodha_am_i Yoda (@yodha_am_i) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell what can we do to help?

  • leftynut facepalm (@leftynut) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I live in a city & only get one bar of service from @TELUS for the past six yrs. I get even worse/spotty service when I travel yet we STILL pay the highest rates in the world for substandard service. The collusion between major cell providers is criminal & unacceptable.

  • Canardiana Stephen Robert (@Canardiana) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell It all seems very grimy. I wrote to Competition Bureau asking why Bell and Rogers are allowed to go into business together. Response was something like - it all checks out, no problem. Not buying it.
