@Bell_Support still no internet, since January 1, in downtown Toronto… no service technician until Monday? Is that a joke? I could get Beanfield installation in here faster than that…

  • GordonYee5 Gordon Yee (@GordonYee5) reported

@Bell_Support - I'm on the West Island of Montreal. Bell says internet is up, but downdetector and my service say otherwise. Is there an outage?

  • Gilgameur Gil Gameur (@Gilgameur) reported

@GordonYee5 @Bell_Support There was an outage this morning. It seems to be solved.

  • artlvr68 Kat (@artlvr68) reported

@_sheepking @Bell Every time all I can say is “Let’s Talk about my phone bill” 😡 Bell is part of the problem not a solution.

  • chucklz86 Peter (@chucklz86) reported

Yet another broken promise from @Bell_Support / @Bell . Waited all day for a tech that didn't show. #typical

  • Marina35690107 Marina (@Marina35690107) reported

@jdeq We switched from Bell to Cogeco. Worse customer service. Hassle to return their equipment. Still got bills even after service stopped. Worse company ever @bell.

@paulbagnellBNN @marylougeorge2 @Bell Wow, that's fantastic. You're lucky. Not the norm, sadly. I know a few people who have been on waiting lists to get help for almost 2 years, and if/ when it happens it will be out of pocket.

  • seixbot SEIXBOT (@seixbot) reported

YA **** BELL TOO GOD DAMN PHONIES TALK ABOUT IT @Bell go me

  • StaticWarpBubbl Static Warp Bubble (@StaticWarpBubbl) reported

@NickOnFull @Bell Yeah, it's a really bad move. Especially since interest rates went up again to "encourage saving". Yet, all billion dollar utilities raise their prices as well.

  • Supermathie Michael Brown (supermathie@mathstodon.xyz) (@Supermathie) reported

@colinthart @bagder Neither does @Bell, which was a shock when I recently switched to their fibre service and it only reaches half the Internet.
