The biggest regret was switching smartphones from @TELUS to @Bell I had such a good thing with Telus. Bell is nothing but a money grabber💰 Customer satisfaction means nothing to #Bell I was with Telus for 8 years and I switched over to Bell 2 months ago. BIG MISTAKE

@Bell_Support Please fix your hold times or have an option to do a callback. I sat on hold for 50+ mins before giving up. I just need to remove one thing from my account, which I can't do myself. It's very frustrating to say the least.

@Bell you increased my Internet service monthly rate by >5%. Can you please specify exactly how the service I pay you for is 5% better? Looking forward to your response.

@checkupcbc I pay $155 a month for cell phone with @Bell with ‘unlimited’ data. I get throttled mid month on data when I go over ‘my limit’. I wish someone could explain this. Moved from Rogers after the worst customer service. Maybe we need to open our market to US companies??

Our "amazing" @Bell DSL internet service went down around 4:00 p.m. I called up Bell and had a 15 minute conversation with a level 1 rep telling me it's impossible for us to have DSL internet if we don't have home phone. Please end my suffering @SpaceXStarlink @elonmusk

@Bell_Support When does Bell plan to have fibre to the home in Markham? My internet maxes out at 80mbps (100mbps is a complete lie). No answers, highest prices and slow speeds. When will we enter the year 2000 with your dated technology? We sure pay enough for this.
