The biggest regret was switching smartphones from @TELUS to @Bell I had such a good thing with Telus. Bell is nothing but a money grabber💰 Customer satisfaction means nothing to #Bell I was with Telus for 8 years and I switched over to Bell 2 months ago. BIG MISTAKE

@Bell Yep...and after the seriously lousy customer service I've had over the past 48ish hours from you folks about easy things apparently...I'm considering finding a new provider. Just maddening when simple issues can't be addressed in a timely manner.

Hey @Bell, when both your Internet & phone service goes out at 7:30 pm, telling me it is expected to be fixed by 10pm Friday is not acceptable. This is especially true when your daughter has a college midterm course presentation in the morning! Need to do better, faster!

So when you close a customer's mobility account because he DIES, you credit the rest of the month ($26.67) but charge a $215.83 termination PENALTY (+HST)??? Is dying not penalty enough? Not cool @Bell , not cool.

@Bell @Bell_Support you really need to put a little more effort into the selection of companies you hire to make sales calls for. They just hang up on you when you say you’re not interested. Very rude. Try using a Canadian company and support our country.
