    @Bell garbage telephone support team guys. She didn't give me her name, was audibly *****, and when we tried to get more data she fast-talked through extra **** we didn't want and tried to swindle us out of $100+/month because of it. #CustomerService #hell

    @Frozenpawpadz @Bell I don't blame you for that. I know I'd drop them like a hot potato if they put that shit against my credit rating. I had to work hard to get what I have now and shit like that takes an act of government to reverse

    @cshanny55 @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant I am also having issues and am located in Moncton. My Note10+ keeps prompting me with the error "Couldn't set up Wi-Fi calling". I too live in an area where reception isn't the greatest.

    I heard this wasn't allowed but I still see and hear it. Also I heard @Bell blocked unpaid and paid "experts" from talking to other news outlets, etc. and that they had to have permission before doing and saying what they want. Why? Is that a problem? Why?

    The 17 hours without service yesterday from @RogersHelps is unacceptable and may be the tipping point for this long time customer to jump ship... @Bell @TELUS how can you entice me to jump to a more reliable network?

    @Bell_Support I had no issues all day with my Bell Fibe , and had my Old school LAN line for making calls. Since my cell is with Rogers, I had No text and intermittent calls getting dropped ,Noticed weird stuff since last Friday with Rogers phone but today still cannot text 8:40 pm Montréal

    @Bell actually has the audacity to charge as much as they do for the monopoly they run, shut down your line in the middle of a pandemic, continue sending bills for the service you don't have, and claim #MentalHealthMatters #BellLetsTalk Having a phone number is a #BasicNeed

    @Bell_Support Can you get better service in rural areas. Up until a couple weeks ago, I had service at my desk where I work from home. Now - no service until less my phone is across the room - what is going on

    @GConnaughton @Bell My Rogers landline worked as well. It was just cell and data that was down for me
