    @Bell extremely dissapointed in the recent service. After 5 transfers to different technitions trying to resolve the issue and 2 hours and 10 minutes on the phone. The final transfer was answered then hung up.

    .@RogersHelps what a joke of a service you have. It's been a full day without internet at my house. A customer doesn't pay a bill on time and we get charged a late fee. Rogers doesn't give you service you pay for and you only get frustration. Hi @Bell_Support how you doin'?

    @Bell_Support Someone from small business needs to contact me. I am out of country, have spent over 4 hours on the phone w/your team to then get hung up on with no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
