@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support what's going on with my Fibe TV service? The picture & sound are constantly in & out. I pay you a ton of money, you could at least message your customers to tell us what's going on, especially given your phone line isn't accepting calls. Nice customer service!

@Bell_Support on hold with bell support for Fibe TV for an hour and then they disconnected the call. Online chat features are down. No TV service for almost 2 hours now.

@Bell_Support I have Bell Fibe TV & I’ve had no service for over an hour. Rebooted several times, just sent a DM. Please provide updates as I see many customers complaining about the same issue & for some reason, Bell has been silent. No one can reach customer
