@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell fiber optic outage is still happening - your website indicates a cut cable - when will it be restored? Its been ongoing since 1pm...can you at least update your website.

@Bell_Support 14 years with Rogers never have I ever had this horrible experience as a customer! Talking to the walls or someone from overseas that are programmed robots that don't understand how we do business in Canada! If a customer asks to speak to management then DO IT! 2/2

@Bell I know having call centres in other countries is common but lately everytime your reps have such a strong Indian accent that it’s genuinely preventing basic info from being passed on, these poor reps can’t pronounce individual letters like S or H or names like Smith

Just spent 50min arguing 100$ roaming charges out of US while being the entire time in Canada. We can give you: 25%, then 50%, then 75% then 80% discount. No, you give us 100% return, we pay for service in Canada and that’s where we are. All good now. @Bell_Support do better.
