@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell So how is that better than 3 lines each with 12 GB for $112.95. I was your customer stuck on a unlimited plan when my contract ran out that you refused to switch to a lower GB plan after being a loyal customer for almost 2 decades. Now my family is someone else’s customer.

@Bell_Support We have asked, several times. All end with the usual arguments from operators telling us that we're not allowed to cancel landline or TV without paying exorbitant fees. Why does landline add an extra $100 to our internet bill?

@Bell_Support what is going on with your internet… we always lose connection and then it’s fine but the last 2 days it has been going in and out constantly. You guys charge an arm and leg for ****** service. I need to switch providers. Sick of this happening all the time.
