@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@March4Wildlife @Bell @Bell_Support and I should be able to resolve my issue the same day. If I want to buy 3 phone lines and 3 new phones today, the company should make it easy to set me up. They should WANT my business. It's really just a head scratcher. Their leadership on LinkedIn should know it's broken & fix

  • sigzagzoo Michael B. Smith (@sigzagzoo) reported

  • _valeriei Dr. Valerie Irvine (she/her) (@_valeriei) reported

@March4Wildlife @Bell @Bell_Support The thing is...they should have an INTERNAL mechanism for when people get stuck between silos or the customer issue is unresolved. Their front line just passes me to different units like a hot potato. No continuity of record b/w silos. Everyone says no mgr. Till today but waiting

  • datsrichie Datsrichie (@datsrichie) reported

@Bell and @Virgin needs to be investigated for malicious intent towards each. Absolutely unacceptable levels of service. Very dissatisfied. Switched from one to the other and nothing but headache with me speaking to representatives for more than 24 hours. Same representatives

  • theelderleto Nicky (@theelderleto) reported

@Bell_Support im about to chuck everything. I just was told you have a 90 day warranty on modems and I have to go chase down a 3rd party battery for it? Your tech was here last night to fix it and said nothing and your website says they don’t require a warranty!

  • CaptMitchel Milton 🧇 (@CaptMitchel) reported

@Bell what a brutal service. It rains and we have no service. We pay over 100.00 a month for crap

  • Stroubie John Stroubie (@Stroubie) reported

Called about my spotty internet service and @Bell first solution was to get me to pay more by buying their Wifi pods - and their second solution is to blame my home “equipment” like my iPhone 11 Pro for not getting the speeds I’ve been paying for. ….?@Apple BELL is blaming u ??

  • _valeriei Dr. Valerie Irvine (she/her) (@_valeriei) reported

Now @Bell_Support, I'm still waiting after weeks & ~20 hours on diff ping pong phone calls & used my time to DM VP, Partner Retail Sales, Bell Mobility. Shared LinkedIn connections so perhaps they will take time to listen. I *just* want to export from UVic as an existing customer
