@Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

@Bell alarm switch over to API has been an unmitigated disaster. Our alarm hasn’t worked in over a week and we’ve been on hold multiple hours over multiple only to talent to NO ONE! Switching back over to @Rogers , who suck just as bad.

Do you think 5 days with no internet or phone for your business is acceptable? @Bell Do not use Bell !!! I might add that I am on day five with still NO service. #bell do better
