Leonardo Ronca (@RoncaLeonardo) reported@DannieD2112 @Bell They do it on purpose. Those boxes are basically purposely slowed down by Bell. It's all a ruse to get you to call in complain and they pressure you to buy or upgrade to a new plan that often leads to more $ for them in the long run.

As well as the communication between associates when errors are made by bell. This whole situation could have been avoided and solved in minutes, not weeks.
