@Bell_Support Oh JL, I should’ve listened to you hours ago. The tech never showed, which is too bad - although it meant more cookies for me! Anyhoo - back on the phone for an hour w another tech. I’m thinking a nice gift basket? Maybe some wine? For the 4 hours of unpaid work we did for you?

@Bell Yeah I have your ****** router and 4 pods. Nothing works consistent. can’t get any help with out an automated reset and an hour on the phone . Soon ill have starlink and #nomorebellheadaches

@robferguson1 @Bell_Support We have Rogers Ignite, and sometimes it has two channels (one SD and one HD). Maybe that's the problem? If not, that's weird. I'd try calling customer service, but the game will probably be over by the time you get a hold of someone.

@AndrewButters91 @Bell_Support Quite possibly! But they should have even, dependable service as a regulated monopoly, which pretty much guarantees profits. And makes it hard to defend service that is below par. However, no replies from Bell yet. Typical.
