On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

@Bell_Support service installed a week ago, every day I've been told the lines would be buried "tmrw". Neighborhood is done. Not mowing the lawn under your half done cable job and case manager and support just keep making excuses for +1 day. What do I do before making a scene?

Cancelling my @bell tv service will mean I lose my promotions on the other two services and my bill would end up being the same as it is now but with no tv service. They get you coming and going.

@Bell_Support The customer service agents all tell a different story. None of which has been accurate. Horrible way to treat loyal customers. Bell clearly doesn’t care about customers.

@Bell just got a call "regarding my Bell telephone service" where they told me that I have old lines. Not only is my phone line internet-based, my house was built less than a year ago. What is up with that?
