@Bell @Bell_Support HE NEEDS HIS SERVICE RESTORED. I CAN’T COMMUNICATE WITH HIM WITHOUT IT. PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE ALONG WITH AN EXTRA $200. ILL GLADLY PAY IT AGAIN VIA CC IF PAYMENT IS RESTORED IMMEDIATELY.

@Bell It does not play good at all !!! Ipv6 not working and no way to access 1.5gb even via lan with hh3000 + 2.5gb lan pc !!! wifi is broken and cant reach better than 5% wifi power on all channels so we have to use separate router to bypass that broken hh3000 that got changed 2x !!!

@Bell_Support because I’m not the account holder. Customer service agents ALSO refuse to let me talk to a supervisor - again because I’m not the account holder. BUT when I complained, @Bell CS agents MADE NOTES ON MY FATHERS ACCOUNT - even tho I’m not verified!!!!!!

@Bell @Bell_Support when does logic over ride impractical policy? I’m not asking for details of the account, or to modify the account, or to request hardware, or billing information, I’m requesting that #Bell acknowledges a payment has been made and restores service.

And now @Bell app has technical issues for me to activate my new Sim card to actually use there service 🙄
