@Bell how does an internet promotion end, my bill increases $70 a month and all you can offer a loyal customer is $5 a month off on the latest “promotion”? All while I sit on the phone for 30+ mins waiting - and am told to get rid of tv channel subscription! Make it make sense?

Just saw an ad where @Bell had the audacity to claim it's a family-friendly employer and I'm pretty sure that the families of the folks Bell cans every year in its never-ending quest to line the pockets of executives and shareholders would disagree with that assessment.

@Bell Would love to have no lag!! Any idea when we'll be getting this service in Margaree, Inverness County. According to @NSEconomicDev it's supposed to be up and running by the end of April. Any truth to that? Space X will soon become a reality if this continues to drag on.

@Bell Hey Bell Canada, what can you offer an unhappy Fido customer(who has 4 phone lines) who’s about to jump(been a Fido client for 11 years) ship because of Fido’s abhorrent customer service.

That time @bell blocks your whole account from using your phone aboard, then Twitter advises you to “call an international number” but we don’t have service. @Bell_Support #Bell

So, @Bell. Instead of helping me with my service issue, you just hang up on me as your help line is about to close. I want to know why you’ve arbitrarily limited my service when we sorted this out months ago, but hey, you do you. I miss having a publicly owned phone company.
