I strongly believe globally unprecedented heat, flood and drought events are the first empirical evidence that climate change is effecting daily life. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻
