@Bell trying to transfer tel service for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a week ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

@JcqMit @Bell_Support I just downloaded and opened the Fibe app and am able to watch tv (blue jays game 🧢⚾) with no issues. oh & I used Amazon firestick to access the app.
