@Bell_Support trying to transfer tel serv for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a wk ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

@Bell Just got off the phone with one of the “technical issue reps” obviously couldn’t help or wouldn’t be reaching out. Sending a tech again, the last tech said he didn’t need to be sent...will that happen again? #CantWorkFromHome
