The big three are the only carriers. If I were just in Toronto, freedom mobile would be good. The Big three screw us all.

So we had a chat specialist who doesn't know how his own system works, level 1 phone support who doesn't know how to do her job... I can save @Bell_Support time (and myself $$) by calling cancellations
