    Hey @Bell my land line in Algonquin highlands has been out for over a month( hydro pole knocked down by construction 2 cottages over) Plan on fixing this year? Hydro had the power back in 24hrs!!

    @Bell_Support They showed up only to tell us our lines were defective and we need repairs. No one can provide timeline. Then on 08/10 we called to ask for a temporary outage device. Transferred from Sales to Loyalty to IT who wanted us to go back to Sales.

    @Bell what a scam this company runs. Cancelled services couple months ago and still try and send me bills. What a piece of **** company. Something needs to be done about this problem l, how can they get away with this.

    @Bell 25 minutes, 2 different employees, 90% of it on hold & we’re just looking to find out where our modem is that was supposed to arrive today. Hung up after hold was never ending. Going to call back and cancel I think, just not worth this?

    @bell I am surprised to find out that you have so many issues with your Mobility service that you cannot address an issue for 7 to 10 business days. Thought you might be better at this
