    Hilarious... as I am arguing over dropped calls with @Bell and being told the only way I can get a credit is I can show I didn’t use the phone... the call drops. And no call back from the manager I was talking to. It was the worst mistake my husband ever made going with #bell

    @kwetoday @Bell Interesting. Interested to find out why service was denied. Let's say it was due to the credit check, I believe there also exists the option for a deposit. Surely this would have been mentioned. No? Unsure what they mean by, "masked the credit check". 1st time I hear this term

    @Bell has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. No TV or internet in my house for 5 days now. I’ve called and spoken to 22 different people. Nothing has been fixed still. Complete incompetence. Will be switching to @Videotron on Monday

    @Bell I just finished spending over an hour on the phone with you people only to be cut off before I could get my problem solved I only wanted to change the expiry date on my credit card. Really, over an hour an couldn't get this simple thing accomplished. Customer Service!
