@elTIGREblanc What? We've basic cable they put us on in an shifty way, - not on contract with satellite or one phone. That leaves one phone that's it @Bell_Support yet costs 300+ a month. Horrible phone support & service. Hospital tried + it said my number was not in service. Epileptic

@Bell_Support Numerous x's I have. Nothing changes. After hospital not getting a hold of me I called from rural road - 3 bars! They gave me a ticket. I said calls drop+ don't go thru at X's. 5 days later a gal leaves voicemail to say they could not get a hold of me + considers problem solved

@Bell hard to believe company can be this grossly inefficient and still be in business. Trying to help 96 year old to pay her bill - yes we want to give you money. Website doesn’t work. Massively complicated phone network doesn’t work. Spoke to an agent - said nothing she can do

@Bell_Support They didn't understand the complaint I had, though it's not complex, repeatedly told me the information I had already relayed to them both in my tweet and in the picture of my escalation ticket, didn't apologize and are doing nothing to assist. Terrible CS. @Bell @Bell_Aliant
