    @Bell_Support I am receiving a txt msg on my old phone that does not have a sim card and your technical supports can't seem to do anything. 1st agent told me he created a ticket and the 2nd agent I spoke to claimed the ticket was never made. Quality of support going downhill

    @Bell_Support One, single, individual website isn’t working on my home wifi but every other network can load it just fine. I did a trace route and it’s getting stuck in Quebec. How do I contact someone who can resolve this? Your DNS is broken

    @M_Nichol @Bell_Support @Bell Matt Join the club!: I spent 7 hr on the phone w bell over 2 days as my Internet was down for 4 days & they also charged me $650 while I was away, even though my Internet was supposed to be disconnected for the whole 6 months… day 5 - no manager call back yet on this😠 #Bell👎

    @Bell This is from a company that's literally running TV ads in Canada right now, bragging about how much their customer service experience has improved. I told the rep if they call me again, I'm cancelling my order. I hate that our regulators allow this kind of monopoly.
