Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

Yessevel Rodriguez (@Yessie1914) reported@Bell I’m so tired of the internet not working
-

-
Chris Aglah (@chris_aglah) reported@Bell Never going back to @Bell. They tell you one thing and when you join, they start charging you whatever they want and most of the customer service people do not listen.
-
Olujide 'Chukwudi' Sobola (@sobola_jats) reported@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.
-
Dan Harris (@danharriscan) reported@CoryJudson It IS absolutely about the principle. Plus they know that most people either don't notice or give up. So don't! We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.
-
Yessevel Rodriguez (@Yessie1914) reported@Bell waited 60 minutes on call for you guys to hang up on me ? I’m so tiredddd
-
Curt Corbett (@TheCWade) reported@Bell @UnknownLegendEF Seriously for a communications company the app’s you guys roll out are garbage. Old app freezes all the time - new app is barely functional. Nothing works - Illegal streams are more reliable.
-
Dave3 (@david3rd) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Well - you could ask Bell why they spent billions of dollars on Fiber, latest cellular technology just so they could give it away for free … idiot
-
Jamiu Alao (@jwhizzo_) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Get No Name sim card at Real Canadian super store, NoFrills or any Loblaws store. It is like $5. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.
