    @Bell_Support Bell service did go down shortly before noon EST. No Service on my phone and data wasn’t working also. Coincidence?

    This is one of the most fascinating business models.... I am trying to cancel my cable with @Bell, and it seems that their way to keep me from cancelling is to put me through to "retention team", then just keep me on hold forever until I hang up.
