    @Bell Why is your customer service so bad. I called to see what offers were available only for the rep to say someone already called to cancel which i found out it was my husband. And I said let me know the offer you have I could stop the cancellation and he bluntly told me no

    @Bell Technician lied and said they came out for a service call when they hadn’t. After an hour on the phone with bell, was told “the technician said you weren’t home so too bad for you”. Said they couldn’t contact the technician cause they “don’t do that”. Great customer service.

    @Bell Just had Bell wifi installed today and what a disaster! Technician arrived at 12:30 and at 11:15 pm my laptop still cannot connect with the new network. On hold for 40 minutes then disconnected. Ugh.

    So I was happy to move out as I was getting a much better deal. I lost a good deal due to their unethical behaviour that shows that company has a very bad culture. I am not surprised that there are thousands of billing disputes with @Bell and so many other people have suffered

    @Bell So your saying that your product can’t supply 50 feet in all directions,can’t wait until the American telecom can work in Canada you know your company sucks and is protected, your the CBC of internet

    @Bell Also these gave my neighbours access to my network. Over 50 connected devices at once and bell dont care they just sent a new modem/router and blamed me for giving my password out

    @Bell ordered my internet service on 12/21. Installation was scheduled 12/27. Technician came in and said there is some issue with conduit and some contractor needs to fix. The date given is 1/28. Now without internet and no resolution so far. Worst service ever!!
