When my @Rogers cable tv reception was intermittent, they offered to send new digital box or send a tech to my home. The new box did not fix anything, so they offered to send another box, but I requested a tech visit cause I wanted service before the Christmas holidays 1/2

@RogersHelps called to disconnect cable as I'm moving. Rogers screwed it up. Nearly 3 hours of calls, multiple spurious emails etc in an attempt to resolve your errors. No credit for loss of service or time spent. Cutoff by agents. Horrible experience.

@RogersHelps I get scam calls after talking to your call center, whenever I choose a new phone number, or get support. Literally an hour after I'm getting scam calls. I don't get them until I call your centers. This has happened SO many times that's it's now obvious.

I just love @Rogers incredible service. Gonna be going possibly a week plus this month with no internet service and there is nothing they are willing to do to speed this up. Half tempted to make a call to @Bell at this point. This is the second time this month with no internet.

another @Rogers internet fiasco where they effectively ruined the internet in an entire city it seems. my ping is anywhere from 800-4800ms. every night at 8pm they dostuff to the lines for the past 2 weeks and today my internet is unusable. how can a major telecom be this bad?
