  Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

  @Rogers This is a real problem as I know many folks who get calls daily from fake call centres stating they are Rogers customer service offering deep discounts for phone and plan upgrades. Rogers needs to deal with this to stop these fake offshore call centres from calling us.

Guy finally picks up with kids screaming and dogs barking in the background, then hangs up. Now I’m locked out of my own account. You can post about spam algorithms at 1am.
