They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. His wi-fi assisted calling works, but mine recently stopped functioning. I got dropped from on-line help yesterday (after 2 hrs waiting, I was 4th in the queue). Been on hold for 1:15min.
