Kristen Ridley (@KristenRidley) reported from Toronto, OntarioNo internet yet again. I would say it's unfathomable how unreliable @Rogers service is, but that's not really true since the government (@FP_Champagne) continues to allow monopolies like telecom to take advantage of canadians while making billions.

-
Samantha (@eastyorkcycle) reported from The Beaches, Ontario@RogersHelps Based on my own experience and the numerous msgs I've see here on Twitter, there seems an internet outage. What is the ETA to fix it? And no I wont DM your bot to provide my info.
-
Bonez9oh5 | Off Doing Pirate **** (@bonez9oh5) reported from The Beaches, OntarioHey @Rogers How many times do you need to have service techs out to a customer's unit before you ACTUALLY escalate an issue? I'm sitting at 3 over 4 months, each saying there is an issue with noise on the line affecting our whole building, yet still no effort to fix it?
-
Karen Lopez (@datachick) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Supermathie @wd5acr @Rogers I thought about it. I was able to unlink the account, but that account still is allowed to use my email address. And they are the email address provider and still don’t see this as anything they can fix for me.

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps The email on file doesn’t work and I requested to be sent to my new email and no one has bothered to do something so simple as send a label to my new email. This is a lesson to Roger’s for cutting its Canadian customer service and contracting out to 3rd world countries.
-
Dr. BRAR (@brar_drs) reported@RogersHelps I just got Roger’s and I don’t have a network coverage at my house. I am trying to turn on WiFi calling and I am having issues. It will be a beach of contract by Roger’s and I can cancel my contract anytime because Roger’s cannot answers my calls, I have network issues at my house and your store does not know how to fix it.
-
Bridgeland YYC (@BridgelandYYC) reported@RogersHelps The last mile is provided by Rogers, and upstream power levels are too high. Time to take responsibility, and stop passing the buck. What is the Rogers SLA? One 9? Outages are far too frequent, connection is down now for 40 min, no WFH. Time to repair the infrastructure?
-
Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers It’s absolutely inexcusable how LITTLE your company actually gives a **** about customer experience outside of anything related to the Jays. Just take your customers’ money & provide ZERO “give a ****” when a customer has an issue or opts to leave for another company.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
-
David Finnis 🚴 (@ilovethearts) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI'm curious how @Rogers thinks dumping 10,000 employees will improve customer service. #cellphones #telecoms #CustomerComplaint
