People are WFH and kids can not connect to online school. What’s the situation and ETA to resolve. Unacceptable given people are dependent on you as an ISP.

We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

Although when I went, no security, just two store staffers. I had to wait outside, answer a slew of questions, get my photo taken, and show my ID before I could even enter. All that just to return a router 🥴

Chap tells me that it's a bigger issue possibly effecting my whole apartment building & has to be referred up to another department; which will take up to 72 hours.
