  No internet yet again. I would say it's unfathomable how unreliable @Rogers service is, but that's not really true since the government (@FP_Champagne) continues to allow monopolies like telecom to take advantage of canadians while making billions.

  @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time

I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. And then in the end they don't fix it and I wasted hrs
