@RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

@RogersHelps I think your internet is subpar. You charge way to much for numerous disconnections throughout the day. You suckered me into another year contract and charged me more for it. It’s no wonder I changed phone providers. Never again

@RogersHelps tryin to reach customer care fr problem 3 hours for 3 days no answer. Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?

Thanks @Rogers for letting us know your cellular data was going down for maintenance tonight. Was frustrated as I thought my phone was cut off but that can’t have happened as I’m not behind. Spent 2 hrs on hold to find this out. Communication from a company in communications hmmm
