Alex (@AGold_89) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersBiz @RogersHelps just reiterating the fact that your new online reservation system is an absolute farce. Not sure how you can take 6 days to ship a phone when I was 3rd in queue to get it and reserved early. Meanwhile all the local stores have the phone in stock. Awful.
-
Alex (@AGold_89) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps I got an email saying it “was being shipped” and to click the UPS link to track it, but you don’t provide any tracking number. The system is bad I don’t care about the wait

Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.
-
Kelly Knights (@marmalade) reported from Toronto, OntarioI love it when my home internet goes down when I'm working from my couch. This is why I keep my phone and home internet with different companies. Time to hotspot 😒 @RogersHelps
-
Frenchie (@Frenchie_TO) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps Just take these sarcastic jabs and move on... It fixed itself, like most connectivity issues (many) I've had since I "switched" to Ignite.

The nice person I spoke to asked for my new address, checked and said “yes, we serve that location. Installation will be easy.”
-
Brukneck aka Don (@brukneck) reported from Toronto, Ontario25+years battling the encumbant telephone companies as Call Net / Sprint / Rogers (MetroNet /AT&T /Allstream) never thought I'd see a Bell truck in my driveway. Good job @Rogers

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Richard McIntosh (@802Tophat) reportedI’m wondering if a commit confirm would have been enough to prevent this outage @Rogers. Assuming it was an automation script that broke some stuff. Hopefully we’ll see a proper RFO.
-
STOP (@My_opinions74) reported@ElmDrawsStuff @RogersHelps How about a month's credit worth instead of $1.60? No service has caused much more losses for some people who own businesses, no debit.
-
Justin (@JustinSmith_13) reported@RogersHelps This outage exploited a major problem in Canada and how this **** company has a monopoly over Canada
-
Amy Hrynchuk (@ahrynchuk) reported@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I would like to know how you are going to credit or compensate us non Roger’s customers for this outage. We were also effected by this outage. If our banking was down and have no credit-cards we were also up a certain creek without a paddle.
-
Evie **** (@francis_raptors) reported@RogersHelps I was on the phone with customer retention, seeing what they can do with renewing me as I’m looking at options. They said they will give two days lol slap in face. I guess I’ll be speaking with bell since they don’t appreciate my business @star @cp24
-
Gary Bet Man (@GimmeUnits) reported@RogersHelps This so damn bad they straight up lying!
-
Jason (@jasonbshew) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers How vast is your vast? Home Internet is still down over here. It’s such a shame you should have a real slow emergency response and no backup plans for failed services. E.P.I.C N.A.T.I.O.N.W.I.D.E F.I.A.S.C.O
-
Carla MacKay (@carla_mackay) reported@RogersHelps 10:55am on July 9th in Rural NS… still no service. Guessing “vast majority” means Ontario
-
Jonathan (@JonathanJaitly) reported@RogersHelps This is a great reason to switch to Bell or Telus. Rogers infrastructure is horrible in terms of reliability, management and commitment to quality. What is this, the third time in 5 years Rogers has had a major outage? Telus and Bell at 0 in the same time frame.
-
The Ghost of Juergen (@GhostOf_J) reported@RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Well, if you were a lowly paid support person in the Philippines, and your take home pay was based on how many calls you could handle in a day, wouldn't you give people the same answer? It's all about volume. Helpful advice is completely optional.
