Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?

Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?
