@RogersHelps I was given a link to the site. But I wanted to speak to someone directly so I tried calling. Right at 9 am. Nearly 2 hrs later and still waiting to be connected to someone who can help me.

@Rogers please tell me what the issue is! My Roger’s wireless home phone doesn’t allow me to call out but I can receive calls! This happens all the time and I go without service for days! I’m thinking about going back to bell!

@Rogers are you guys serious? It's 2026, I'm logged into a valid account in my own home and my phone can cast to my tv, but you want me to buy another device to cast too or pay a stupid rental fee for one of your dumb boxes?!? You guys have zero respect for your customers, it's apparent or all to see.

@Rogers So the the CARDBOARD COLD PIZZA WASN'T EATABLE BUT YOUR PEOPLE SAID WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS. SO WHO THE F-_K STANDS BEHIND THIS ISSUE? GET READY, I AM GOING TO HAUNT INSTACART EVERY DAY ON SOCIAL MEDIA!

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just today switched from @Rogers after being a loyal customer for 15+ years. Their latest $5 increase scam was enough for me to move to a better carrier.

@Rogers home internet down and it hasn’t even been a week since switched over to this provider. Lack of accountability and unreliable

@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

@Rogers Your customer service is appalling. I will be switching at the first opportunity presented. @TELUS

So… @Rogers @RogersHelps that’s a no on #help then? Fantastic. Oddly ironic a company that sells phones and phone services is impossible to reach by phone.
