    @RogersHelps ignite promise is a sham .. one week old tv and internet installation constantly losing service .. tech refused to arrange service call without charge or refer to supervisor .. refused to give name or employer number and hung up the phone .. great customer service!!

    @Rogers Called twice Customer Service for Loyalty to cancel Account: 876459314. Over an hour wait each time and yet no help. Can I expect someone to help cancel the Home Monitoring services?
