    Hey @Rogers and @SamsungCanada @SamsungMobile what gives?? My fiance got a new Galaxy S20 back in December and was promised a free set of earbuds with the new MORE EXPENSIVE plan and now he's being told there are no earbuds for him?? This smells like bad customer service 🤥

    @RogersHelps what’s with the intermittent internet service in Toronto Beaches area for weeks now. What are we paying for? At best it’s a spotty 10mbps but signal drops every few minutes. What’s going on?

    3rd time in 2 weeks @RogersHelps internet has gone down in my area. Tech has already visited and checked my equipment, so at least I know it isn't that. Good thing I don't need the internet for anything other than... everything. :/
