@RogersHelps It is every single Rogers and Fido customer that does not have cell service. I have not been able to receive or call out from my cell since at least 9:00 am MT and it is now 2:00 pm MT! When is this going to be fixed as it is really inconvenient! 😡

@RogersHelps Working quickly to restore services? Sounds nice but my cell services are down since this morning and it's already 4pm. No updates provided and no ETA on the resolution. Excellent service. Definitely time to switch to a different provider.

@RogersHelps That is terrible,have been a fido customer for 6 years and this never happend,now it happen only 1 month after a change my phone for another 2 years,and by what i read with rogers i need to be patient,but am not and hope it wont happen to often.
