I can't access the Rogers automated assistant or the live chat b/c my Rogers internet is down. Again. @Rogers, why am I paying SO much for such unreliable service? We need more telecom competition! We pay far too much for the services we receive. (Or don't, in this case.) 😡

@RogersHelps Wow. Another day, another outage. This is extremely frustrating. Unreliable connection makes working from home a challenge. Yesterday it was down for almost the entire work day. Will it be the same today?

Um, @Rogers @Sportsnet any chance you could fix your stupid #iOS app ? I’m attempting to watch the replay of ANY nhl game tonight but every time I try to load a game the app crashes. It was playing live video just fine earlier this evening. #MoneyWellSpent on exclusive TV rights.

@RogersHelps I certainly hope this isn't the case but it looks like you throttled my speeds to force me to upgrade to a plan that I didn't want, and a modem I don't need. This is how you treat your customers? Disgusting.
