@ESilenzi4 @Rogers Unfortunately, they may not be able to provide their services everywhere in Hamilton. The service territories for Rogers and Cogeco are exclusive and do not overlap. If you live in an area serviced by Cogeco (or other cable provider) Rogers won't be able to provide services.

Browsing the @RogersHelps Twitter, it looks like wide areas of S.Ontario are having intermittent outages. Would be nice if they’d publicly explain it (our ticket has been up for like 9 days with no resolution)

@RogersHelps the internet service in my area keeps having outage almost every single day in the past few weeks. Today it becomes every few hour. It’s a disaster for WFH. Every time customer services says there’s a maintenance. This is simply not acceptable. Gonna switch to Bell!

@BellAliant how do justify $270/mth for internet & tv? Don't even have a phone jack but have to pay for it bc it's in my package. Customers for >15 years & we get to pay more than brand new customers. @Rogers u will be getting a new customer soon. #noloyalty #noreward
