  @JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?

  If you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic

  @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.
