@birgitomo @Rogers Is it not a bigger problem in our society that we have people who feel its acceptable to just "not show up" to work because their phone won't work? Ok you're sick...but you still owe your employer the common courtesy of actually notifying them...

Looking forward to my $1.50 credit from @Rogers for the 1 day of “inconvenience” from the #RogersOutage. This after they just increased my cellphone bill by $2.50 this month. So I will still lose. Thankfully my home internet is with @Beanfield, and I never lost internet at home.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers But it shouldn’t happen, people couldn’t contact 911 and Interac was down. We need more competition in this country to prevent more disasters like yesterday

@cibc please refund our interac transfer cancelation fee, we are customers and we don't control @INTERAC network through @RogersHelps. Why charging us fee for canceling hanging transfers sent more than 24hrs ago? Refund the $3, we will use it to buy milk.

@lindabythelake @RogersHelps No body gives guarantee of 24*7 service availability. Even big giants like amazon, FB and google had big outages so changing ISP may not help. We should be thinking of backups in hard time.

@RogersHelps *and our elite team of customer service reps is hard at work crediting each customers’ account for the ghastly disruption of service.
