    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    Hey @RogersHelps, waited patiently for a billing chat rep (75 ahead of me). Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????

    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬

    @RogersHelps Well I had no internet ALL day yesterday. Had to tether to my cellphone all day for work. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account

    Hey @RogersHelps why can’t I get home security technical support? I keep getting general tech support or wireless and I’ve been waiting over 90 minutes! Is there a direct line I can call?

    @RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.
