@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

@Rogers @Rogers after 5 plus hours on hold last night, I was PROMISED someone would call me back today & help me with a problem that was caused by Rogers, still no call, guess as a customer who has been with you for 20 yrs, I am not a priority, this is disappointing & such a let down.

  • _rybot_ Ryan 🆒 (@_rybot_) reported

@RogersHelps I think your live chat must be broken. I’ve been trying to get help for the last week and no one shows up. I’m trying to remove the WWE Network from my account and it won’t let me on the website. Please help

  • Saaawraah Sarah (@Saaawraah) reported

@Rogers @Rogers are you able to make changes / cancel to Ignite internet as I have been informed that only a select few can handle those inquiries?? As I now have 3 accounts in error and your hold times for customer service at 2 hours and 20 mins to 3 hours and 27mins.

  • jakebound Maple Leaf Land Shark (@jakebound) reported

Anyone know if @Rogers has put any thought to advertising their 5G service at @MapleLeafs games? Perhaps on the glass?

  • hashtagmorg spøøky mørgan (@hashtagmorg) reported

@Rogers help wifi not working restarted 3 times 🥺

  • gisuck Jason Chambers (@gisuck) reported

@rogershelps I had some major connection issues at home. After some troubleshooting connecting my computer directly into the Rogers modem in Bridge mode, I found that your IPv6 is offline. IPv4 traffic is fine. I had to turn off IPv6 on my router to get back to browsing.
