@kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

just found out that even if you are a long term customer with @Rogers @RogersHelps you will only get new customer offers on phones and they won't help. Thanks yall. Great customer service. Time to get the exact same offers from another company with better customer service

  • JoshuaRatnasamy Josh R. (@JoshuaRatnasamy) reported

@Rogers your customer support is so awful. I’d rather not have a phone at all than have to continually deal with calling into your horrendous call centre. I’m getting a hard time trying to UPGRADE my phone at the end of my contract.

  • kerrykakes kerry lamb (@kerrykakes) reported

@torimyles @Rogers Wow that's so sad. They are the worst. They don't seem to care about the customer at all.

  • MateffMarilou Marilou (@MateffMarilou) reported

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers I have now spent over 6 hours dealing with the same problem. Seems they just want to pass it to someone else and the next person is more incompetent than the previous on

  • DrayvenMF 💀Drayven aka RKG|DTested💀 @The Lab #BLM (@DrayvenMF) reported

im going to talk to my roommate about switching isp providers from @Rogers its been more than a month now of me talking to them atleast once a week to get service techs out to my area to fix what they broke and its still not happening. im done paying for a service that i cant use

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

How did @Rogers ever legally get away with calling themselves "Canada's most reliable network" when the fact of the matter is they have the most decrepit network in Canada because they don't believe in preventative maintenance?

  • datachick Karen Lopez (@datachick) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@wd5acr @Rogers The other person used a different name than mine when she set up the account. So it’s just the email address issue.
