@KodikaraSanath @RogersHelps They are doing service maintenance everywhere and pick peak times to do it. Can’t do it during the morning or late at night when people are at work or in bed sleeping. Seems to be a lot of outages lately unexplained

@Rogers Yeah. Nothing there about Newmarket (didn't really expect it to be). You need to NOTIFY people when maintenance is planned and also update them proactively when an outage lasts more than an hour.

@Rogers what's going on in Newmarket? We've had intermittent outages all day and now an extended outage for the last 3 hours. If this is planned work you need to do a better job warning people who rely on internet to work. If it will continue tomorrow, I need to work elsewhere.

Did y'all know @RogersBiz can just put a hold on your Checking Acct after you make a payment and discuss future? That's SO WRONG!! as so many billing errors with cell co. @CP24 @joe_warmington they shouldn't be allowed ever!!! Im up to date yet had a hold $?
