    @Rogers , I have been loyal customer for long but it feels very sad to see quality customer service deteriorating every year. Even after raising complaint regarding poor network & internet connectivity during travel, you have sent $170 bill & no one cares to respond to my query.

    Why do ppl renew contracts to get another cell phone from places like @Bell and @Rogers. They give you a garbage phone that breaks down in only 2 yrs...my phone from 15 yrs ago still works...thats how much you're bring ripped off. Stop using them!

    @RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk

    @RogersHelps I tried below steps but no luck: Reset Network Settings (iPhone + all devices) Reset hotspot/APN settings(change to mobile.apn) Toggled Maximize Compatibility ON/OFF Change manual IP, proxy, many other DNS Removed all VPN profiles All DNS can not work normally

    Get 7 US local channels on cable but Montreal English local channel is blocked by @Rogers Why??? Don't need to know about traffic issues in Los Angeles!!!
