    @RogersHelps Yes I did after almost 3 hours. They mentioned it was network related issue and it got fixed after 12 hours! Surprisingly my wife and neighbors who are all on Rogers have no issues at all! Its my business phone and I lost 12 hours of work without satisfactory explanation. Thanks

    We deal with an indie 4 internet but they rely on @Rogers cable. When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.

    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise

    Got 2 telephone calls today wanting to clean my home's air ducts, and the other trying to sell me @Rogers services. I now just tell them "I don't deal with Indian call centres," and they just hang up.
