Getting the standard customer service work around after after @rogers screwed up so massively is such a joke and so telling of the state of a affairs' we live in today.

@theywadd @AboutRogers @Rogers I mean, divide your monthly plan by 30 days in a month and that's the credit you'll get back. It's not a lot, granted, but it's the least they can do. They'll never credit you back for more than what you're owed.
