    @RogersHelps Also, two different people answered and BOTH said they were not the “right” internet dept to help em. So after spending over 2 hours on hold I have to wait to be transferred a THIRD TIME. I don’t have another hour to waste on this BS.

    @RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk

    @RogersHelps The problem is I cannot receive the MFA code. It will not come to me. The backup is useless. So I cannot access email at all. On a cell, on a computer, on a tablet. Like how many hours should this take?
