Y'all do realize that the people behind the @RogersHelps account did not cause the issue nor are directly responsible for correcting it right? Cut them some slack, its been a bad day for them with many irrational people being outraged like its Armageddon around here.

So I tried to enable wifi calling and I can’t and it says to contact @Rogers @RogersHelps to activate that?! Is that not a possibility on my very expensive plan? So what’s the point of wifi calling if I can’t use it when the cellular and data network is down?

12 hours with no network coverage @RogersHelps @Rogers yet when you’re even just a day late for your bill you get massive anxiety inducing text messages and nonstop calls.
