@RogersHelps phones been down for hours, have missed 2 different Dr’s phone appointments scheduled for this morning. 2 fee’s charged for missed appointments because your phone service is down. Now I get to pay late fee’s AND your $110/month bill. YAY #rogersoutage #rogers
