@Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps Tell that to the person who couldn’t get through to 911. Also 1/30 is not the service that was lost. That’s the pro-rated amount of the service that was paid for. Big difference.

@RogersHelps What caused the outage? Where did it originate?

@KemekoMills @RogersHelps That is between you and teksavvy, Rogers has already said and has in the past given customer credits. Do you really think teksavvy will hand over and credit to you? You should really know who you are in bed with, with teksavvy. At least Rogers is upfront with their shadyness.

@Rogers HELP. It’s 7:30 am next day. My 81 year old dad is sick with COVID isolating at home. No landline phone (can’t phone 911) service, no internet, no cable. I am in the same situation Ottawa HELP

@THEREELBROW @RogersHelps I got to spend the entire day trying to get an e-transfer in so my car payment didn’t bounce. I’m glad that was my only issue. It is insane allowing a private company like rogers control so many fundamental services.

  • Goodfellow_9 Goodfellow (@Goodfellow_9) reported
