@Rogers read the room! Ottawa was hit with a massive storm. Power out three days and counting. Citizens asked to stay home. And you have sales people going door-to-door. On a holiday Monday. WTF.

@KevinFrankish @RogersHelps We got our internet back around 11am today. Thanks Kevin. It’s crazy how a 2 min storm caused an 18 hr power outage and an almost 48 hour internet outage. This, in a first world country…unbelievable!!

Poor service from @Rogers. No cable or internet for almost 3 days for my street and with each call, we are told a different resolution time. After 20 years as a customer this might be the thing that ends my relationship with @Rogers
