    @Rogers just spent a fun filled day on the phone with your backwords customer service. I never realizrd songs have been made that have no ending, until being on hold all day. Your company has no customer loyalty, nor a system set up that's convenient.

    @Rogers You misunderstood. I asked how I will be compensated for missed revenue. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, I rely on my phone for both personal and business matters, like many do. You are offering approx. $3 compensation. If that’s all I am worth then I am leaving Rogers.
